dc.description.abstract	განხილულია 1966-1990 წწ. პერიოდში აღმოსავლეთ საქართველოში როგორც სეტყვასთან ბრძოლის, ასევე ნალექთა ხელოვნური გაზრდის (ნხგ) მიმართულებით ჩატარებული საცდელ-საწარმოო სამუშაოების განვითარების ზოგიერთი ასპექტი. გამახვილებულია ყურადღება ნალექწარმომქმნელ პროცესებზე ზემოქმედების ძირითად კონცეფციებზე და იმ ხარვეზებზე, რომლებმაც გარკვეული გავლენა მოახდინეს განვლილ პერიოდში სეტყვასაშიშ ღრუბლებზე ჩატარებულ ზემოქმედების ეფექტურობაზე. დასახულია ნალექთა ხელოვნური გაზრდის სამუშაოების აღდგენის პერსპექტივები.	ka_GE
dc.description.abstract	1966-1990 are considered. During this period, some aspects of the development of trial and production works conducted in the direction of fighting against hail and artificially increasing rainfall in East Georgia. The focus is on the basic concepts of impact on precipitation-generating processes and the shortcomings that have had some impact on the effectiveness of impact on hail clouds in the past. Prospects for restoration of artificial precipitation increase works are set.	en
