dc.description.abstract	In the article the question on necessity and legitimacy for accuracy of expressions to account the horizontal components of wind speed with the purpose to take into account an influence of orography on dynamics of atmospheric processes. A relevant system of prognostic equations, avarage results of 80 forecasts' calculation taking and not taking into account the influence of orography and an example of forecast are being presented.
