dc.description.abstract	ბოლო წლების აგრომეტეოროლოგიურ ლიტერატურაში წარმოდგენილი კვლევის შედეგების ანალიზიდან გამომდინარე შეოთავაზებულია გვალვების ოპტიმალური მახასიათებლები და მათი ინტენსივობის კატეგორიების მიხედვით კლასიფიკაციის ახალი კრიტერიუმი – გვალვების განვითარების კომპლექსური შეფასების ალგორითმი. გვალვების რაოდენობრივი შეფასების ახალი მეთოდი შემოწმებულია საქართველოს პირობებში და მიღებულია დამაკმაყოფილებელი შედეგები.	ka_GE
dc.description.abstract	Optimal characteristic and an algorithm for the complex assessment of drought development are presented on the basis of the analysis of available agricultural informational sources of the latest years. New method of quantitative estimation of droughts has been verified on the materials of Georgia and positive results have been obtained.	en
dc.description.abstract	На основе анализа результатов исследований, представленных в агрометеорологической литературе последних лет, предложены оптимальны характеристики и алгоритм комплексной оценки развития засух. Новый метод количественной оценки засух проверен на материалах метеорологических и агрометеорологических наблюдений в условиях Грузии. Получены удовлетворительные результаты оценок.	ru
